Dr. Dulsha Kularatna
Dulsha is a dynamic electronics engineer and educator with an unwavering commitment to inspiring future generations. At Little Engineers she leads curriculum alignment and teacher support, turning complex ideas into classroom-ready, build-first learning. She actively champions diversity in STEM through IEEE Women in Engineering and university outreach—helping learners, especially girls, build confidence and thrive. She is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Auckland.
Dr. Rajith Abeywardana
Rajith brings a rare blend of research depth and industry breadth across wireless communications, digital broadcasting, product development in wireless power transfer and supercapacitor-assisted fast-charging systems—bridging the gap between lab concepts and deployable solutions. Experienced in taking ideas from prototype to practice, shaping requirements, reliability, and manufacturability. He holds a PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Auckland.
